Refunds

You may return or exchange an item only if it is within 14 days of your purchase. Send us an email at info@girlssideboutique.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must have all its tags as well as proof of purchase. Any swimwear, lingerie, intimates and sale items can NOT be returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If not approved, we will let you know and send your item back to you.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, remember the process does take some time, so please be patient. Next, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company.

Exchanges 

We get it, online shopping can be difficult and sizes aren't always the same from your other favorite stores, which is why we gladly exchange goods that are unused, in the same condition that you received it and must have all its tags as well as proof of purchase.

Any swimwear, lingerie, intimates and sale items can NOT be exchanged. However, when exchanging an item of clothing, we only exchange your item for the same one you had purchased just in a different size.

We do not allow an exchange for a different item. As a disclaimer, we are a boutique, meaning that we don't always have your same item in stock. With that being said, we can't always exchange your item if we do not have that same item in our store. If that is the case we can continue with our return process instead.

Shipping

When reaching out to us about a return/exchange we will then give you the address to ship to; however, YOU are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service since we do NOT guarantee that we will receive your item.
